🌿 MensHerbalHub Refund & Return policy
Here at MensHerbalHub, we ensure quality herbal products to help you through the process of being healthy. We know that the needs of each of our customers are unique and that your satisfaction matter to us. We have therefore created a very clear and a worry-free Refunds & Returns Policy so as to ensure your experience with us is pleasurable and which is also free of worry in the event things do not work out.
🔁 Guidelines on Returning
We take back items which are eligible under the following conditions:
Period: The returns should be initiated at the earliest 15 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition:
Products should be new, in retail and their packages unopened.
Seals and labels of the products should remain unbroken.
Exclusions:
We do not accept returns to any used or opened products as there are hygiene and safety issues.
All goods with a non-returnable label (such as a limited number of supplements, personalized sets) cannot be returned.
Request of returns outside the window or of items that do not qualify based on the above may not be entertained. The customers are welcome to read carefully about products before they make a purchase.
💸 Refund Process
After we are able to receive your returned product and establish its compliance with the requirements to the conditions of returns:
You are to be informed through the email about your refund.
In the event of admissible refunds, it is done to the original means of avenue of payment.
Depending on the payment provider, please note that it may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Note:
No shipping fees (postage to send and post on receiving back by post) are refundable unless the sending item was to the wrong address, or received damaged.
Refund would only be provided according to the actual amount paid as in the case of promotional discounts.
🚚 Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Should you get a product which is:
Notably became hurt in the process of transportation
Wrong or absent on your
Packaged or poor quality faulty
You are requested to contact us in 48 hours after delivery. To assist us to end the problem fast:
Send an email reply to: support@mensherbalhub.com with your order number along with a clear picture of the item in doubt.
When this has been verified, we shall present either:
A free exchange (Shipment free of charge), or
Your choice between a full refund or.
📦 Return Instructions
In order to initiate a return:
Send an email with your order number, name of the product and the reason of returned to support@mensherbalhub.com.
The team will reply to your email with a request to approve the returns and send them.
Place the item in a large box in which it was provided and with all materials included.
Send the item using a trackable delivery means- we advise that you retain your shipping receipt until the returns are attended to.
🔍 Special Cases & Notes
Kits & Gift Packs: Have to be returned in complete sets. Partial returns are not qualifying.
Promotional Orders: Items bought on a promotion or under promotional price can be subject to different returns policies, this is information that will be indicated in the terms of the sale.
Abuse Prevention: To reduce the abuses, multiple returns can be evaluated in order to approve them.
